- Stand with your feet hip distance apart.
- Slightly bend your knees.
- Extend your arms at shoulder height.
- Make a loose fist and point your thumbs towards each other.
- Bring your arms back toward your chest and drop your elbows.
- Stand in this position for 2 minutes, then 3, then 5, then as long as you can! The longer you stand, the more benefits you will receive.
